oin Lisa, Rhonda and Sarah on an exploration of the emotional, spiritual and physical path we as woman walk on in perimenopause and menopause. This is such a sacred and confronting time for many woman. Through the use of meditation, sound healing, connection and welcoming in our female ancestral line, we will witness, honour and hold you in this journey. You are not alone in this, your circle awaits you. This is a womans only event, just bring yourself, a journal, blanket and cushion/yoga mat or anything to make you comfortable, as well as your willingness to embrace the transformation you are going through.
