Terms and Conditions

The Trainings offered by One Spirit – School of Healing Arts are intensive journeys of learning and transformation. In order to receive the full benefit of the training, students must be committed to their journey. The following policies are intended to assist with a successful experience.

We ask that participants attending any of our offerings do so strictly for educational reasons. Persons with health or psychiatric problems may find the training physically and mentally trying and risky. We recommend that in case of doubt, a physician or mental health professional be consulted.

One Spirit – School of Healing Arts reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a participant at any time, and to make changes in the itinerary whenever deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience, and safety of our participants, and to cancel a program at any time.

Training

Registration: Please follow the following procedure:

Fill in your Application Form by using the online form.

Please book a suitable time for a face to face interview.

After completion of the first 2 points, you will be notified, whether you have been accepted to participate in the training or not.

Your Registration will be considered complete upon the payment of your deposit. Deposits are due upon registration. The payment of the balance can be made as a lump sum, due no later than 30 days after the commencement date. Payments of the balance can also be made in monthly instalments, which will result in a slight increase in the overall training fee. In the remote circumstance that minimum training or event sizes are not reached, such event will be rescheduled and all associated deposits or additional payments will remain in good standing.

Deposits: All deposits for trainings are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If a student needs to withdraw from a training, the student must send a written withdrawal letter to school@onespirit.nz at least 30 days before the course commencement date. The student may receive a refund of the cost of the training minus the deposit, but only to the extent that all funds have been paid to and received by One Spirit – School of Healing Arts. All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 29 days or less prior to the scheduled training. If the student wishes to apply their payment to a future course, a training transfer fee will be assessed based on the training format.

Cancellation Fees – Trainings

One Spirit Healing Practitioner Training Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3  – Residential.

There is no cancellation fees for cancellations received 30 days or more before the training. The student may receive a refund of the cost of the training minus the deposit, but only to the extent that all funds have been paid to and received by One Spirit – School of Healing Arts. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 29 days or less prior to the scheduled Training. If a student wants to apply their payment to a future training, a Training Transfer Fee of NZ$600 will be charged for cancellations received 29 days or less before the training start date. Notice of cancellation must be sent to school@onespirit.nz.

Emergency Disclaimer - Trainings

In case of an emergency situation, including those during a natural disaster or epidemic/pandemic, where physical meetings and gatherings are impossible or even prohibited, One Spirit – School of Healing Arts will pursue with every effort possible to continue with the training curriculum, and reserves the right to continue the trainings on an online platform, wherever the training provider considers appropriate.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations by a student, due to this situation, and all payment arrangements including monthly instalments, need to be paid by the student by the due dates.
